Our returns policy is designed to assist you in making a return and to make your shopping experience enjoyable. This return policy is in addition to and does not affect the statutory rights you have under the Australian Consumer Laws.
Arch & Alex will happily exchange or refund your item(s), where the return or exchange meets the following 5 simple rules:
The item(s) must be received by Arch & Alex within 14 day from the date of purchase with a copy of the proof of purchase. If the returning items are received outside of the 14 days, Arch & Alex may refuse any requests for exchange or refund;
The item(s) must be unworn and unused with original tags attached. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact;
The item(s) must be new, undamaged, clean (with no horse hair) and in original packaging or box which must be in original condition;
The item must not be on sale or a special order item that was ordered at your request; and
The item must not be a horse rug or horse accessories.
If your item(s) meet the above 5 rules, please contact us on [email protected] to organize a return. Return postage costs will be at your own expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not the item(s) ordered.
When trying on garments of clothing for size and fit, this should only be carried out indoors and reasonable care should be taken to avoid damage to the garments. Please avoid forcing items. When fastening zips or buttons on any of the goods supplied, please do not force these. In the event that you have forced a zip or button to fasten and damage to the goods, we will consider you in breach of your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods and we will take steps to recover our losses from you.
Provided the conditions of our returns policy are met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment within 7 business days of receiving the returning item(s). Please note that delivery costs will be excluded unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not the item(s) ordered.
